In the Zoom Web App, users can reply to specific messages to keep conversations organized in threads. The chat feature includes options for private and group chats, and users can manage messages by marking them as unread, deleting them, or bookmarking them. Additionally, users can upload files in private chats and access a participant list to view active users in the chat.
In addition, the Continuous Meeting Chat feature allows meeting participants to communicate before, during, and after a meeting by creating a dedicated group chat in Zoom Team Chat on the Workplace app for all attendees.
