Share your screen, desktop, or other content, during a meeting, even while your video is on. Account settings can be enabled from the desktop app to allow participants to share screens; and additional advanced custom settings to allow participants to share their screens are available in your account through the Zoom website portal.
Participants are directed to the newest share tab so they can stay up to date with the meeting's flow, ability to see all of the shares, including shares from iPad/iPhone, second camera, and shared video files in the tabbed meeting experience. New modals inform users about multi-share when sharing restrictions occur.
Enable your account setting in the website portal: Settings > Meeting > In Meeting (Basic) > Screen sharing; select from the multiple options offered.
The All screens mode option is a straightforward experience for proctoring or collaborating on a team project. The host requests all participants share their screens for the host to view a private scrollable side-by-side video of all participants with their shared desktop.
