Sign in to your account, then navigate to the Media tab to build and manage your video repository using the tools to create folders, upload media, and use batch actions to move videos and folders or create a link list.
Add/Upload Media
The video file size limit is 2GB. Videos must be uploaded one at a time; batch uploading is not available. Supported file types: mp4 (h264), m4a, and mp3
- Select the Media tab.
- Select Add/Upload Media.
- Drop files or browse files.
- Select the pencil icon to edit the title from the default name before uploading.
- Select Upload 1 file.
- When the process completes, the page will refresh and display Upload complete.
- Refresh the Media page for the file to appear.
- The Status column to the right of the Title will display Complete.
Edit Media
To the right of the video, click the Actions button for:
Details:
- Edit Media Title/Desc to change the title, add a description, and allow direct download on the watch page.
- Captions to attach captions to your video.

Download to get a temporary download link.
Link and Embed:
- Copy a Page link to the video for sharing.
- Copy the Embed Code to paste on a website.

Playlists
Create a Playlist:
- Select Playlists on the left navigation menu.
- Click Create New Playlist.
- Name the playlist then Create.
Add Videos to the Playlist:
- Return to Media from the left navigation.
- Click the Actions button to the right of the video to be added.
- On the drop-down menu select Add to Playlist.
- When the page refreshes, select the Playlist from the drop-down menu, then Add.
- Items within a Playlist can be moved within the list or deleted using the appropriate icons.
Batch Actions
Click Batch Actions on the menu bar of the Media or Documents & Files pages to move videos, documents, and folders to other folders in your account, or create a link list for all videos.
Move:
- Check the box next to each file or folder to move.
- Click Batch Actions then click Move on the drop-down menu.
- Select the folder of where to move the content.
Create Link List:
- Check the box next to each file or folder to be included in the link list.
- Select the elements and options for the list then click Generate.
NOTE: TechConnect does not keep backup files of your content; we recommend saving backups of your content on your local computer.
