TechConnect Cloud (3C Media) allows you to store document-type files in formats of DOC, PDF, PPT, CSV, or XLSX. There is a 1GB file size limit. Files can be uploaded as well as placed into folders; individual files or folders can be shared.
Upload File
- Click the Documents & Files tab.
- Click Upload File.
- Drop files or browse files to select the file to upload.
- Enter the File name if prompted or leave the field blank — the current file name will automatically populate after upload.
- Click Upload 1 file when prompted. The upload process starts, and when complete the page refreshes showing Upload complete.
Uploaded Files & Folders Options
Once a file is uploaded, an Actions button appears with a drop-down menu that includes Details, Edit, Delete options. When Folders are created the options appear when clicking on the Settings button to the right of the folder.
Files
Details Options:
- Capture a Temporary Link to download the file.
- Copy Share Link to share with others.
Edit Options:
- Edit the Title or add a Description.
- Check Public S3 Cloud Link box to keep the link permanent.
Delete Option:
- To permanently delete the file.
Folders
Use Folders to organize content.
Create a Folder:
- Navigate to Media on the left menu.
- Click Create Folder.
- Title the folder.
- Click Create.
Add content to a Folder:
- Click Upload File at the top of the Folder page.
- Drop file or browse files then click Upload.
- When loaded, the screen will display Upload Complete.
Share a Folder:
- Click Settings to the right of the Folder.
- Copy the Page Link under Share Link section.
- Select Delete Folder to remove if needed once the folder is empty.
