Zoom provides meeting reports including attendance, registration, polling, and survey information. Reports can be retrieved for the last 12 months, with a search range of up to one month at a time. Recently ended meetings may take up to 30 minutes to provide complete reports.
Generate Attendance Reports
Sign in to your account on the website portal.
- Select Reports in the left navigation menu.
- Click Usage Reports > Usage to view meetings, participants and meeting minutes.
- Select the date period for the attendance report.
- Click Search, meetings within the selected date period will display.
- Click the Export as CSV file link to download the displayed list of overall details.
Click on the number in the Participants column to view attendance details including participant sign-in names, email, join/leave date/time, and total duration. Click Export to download the data to a CSV file.
Generate a Registration, Poll, Survey or Q&A Report
- Select Reports in the left navigation menu.
- Click Usage Reports > Meeting.
- Select the time period, then the type of report from the drop-down menu.
- Click Search, meetings that included the selected report type are listed.
* Use Advanced Search to locate a meeting by meeting ID. - Select the meeting, then click on Generate either on the top or the right of the meeting.
- The Report Queue page opens, select Download to get the details or Delete if not no longer needed..
- Choose Download for the selected meeting, or choose to Delete any report.
Note: If you select 'Include reports that failed to generate results' and there is no poll, survey, or Q&A data, the topic line font will be grayed out.
