TechConnect Zoom self-help articles found in this guide provide users with information for getting started on the features used most often in meetings and classes. Included in our articles are links to the Zoom Support Knowledge Base where more detailed information on the topic can be found. Zoom articles have a ‘Subscribe’ button on the top right if you want to keep up with updates to the feature or topic, however, you must be signed into your Zoom account to subscribe.
The Zoom Support page can be linked to from your website portal account by scrolling to the bottom of the left navigation, then click Knowledge Base or go directly to the website at https://support.zoom.com/hc/en. The site is available to all users regardless of your Zoom role.
The home page has featured categories to get you started in Zoom, troubleshoot audio/video issues, access to the Zoom Learning Cener for on-demand or live trainings and more.
Scroll down the home page for links to featured articles and resources.
The Download Center links to a page where you can download commonly used apps for the Desktop Client, plug-ins for Microsoft Outlook, Zoom browser extensions, Zoom mobile apps, Zoom Rooms and more.
Release Notes is a great way to stay current with Zoom changes where upcoming and previous releases are available by product or date; to follow-a release articles, click the 'Subscribe' button, as long as you are signed into your Zoom account.
