What's the difference between DECT captioning and 3C Media captioning?

Applying for DECT Grant assistance is where you work with the vendor directly to obtain closed captions, and we pay for the caption service. It's more of a process, but the nice thing is is that if you have a batch of videos, you can get them captioned altogether, instead of requesting captioning one by one. Requesting closed captions directly from the 3C Media/TechConnect Cloud site allows instructors to receive closed captions per video uploaded to the site. There's a quicker turn around time, since no application is needed, and the request is made by just clicking a button on the site and entering in minimal information for the request.
