Instructors may offfer 1:1 private appointments for students in their course. Available appointments will appear in Canvas on the TechConnect Zoom app.
- Classes appear on the Home tab.
- Appointment availablility appears in the Appointments tab located on the menu bar.
- Clcik the > to open the schedule and reserve an appointment,
Reserve an Appointment
- Select a date and an available time slot.
- If a time slot has been reserved by another student, a dash appears.
- When a time is not offered, 'No availability'is shown.
- If the schedule extends beyond the current week, click the > to move to the following week.
- After selecting a time slot, a confirmation window opens.
- Click Book, a confirmation message appears at th top of the screen.
Join a Reserved Appointment
- Click the Appointments tab on the menu bar.
- Select Upcoming Events.
- Click the Join button.
Cancel an Appointment
- Click the Appointments tab on the menu bar.
- Select Upcoming Events.
- Click the Cancel button.
- A confirmation window appears for you to respond.
