Add VTT Caption/Transcription File to Uploaded TechConnect Cloud Video

*Please keep a backup copy of all files uploaded to your TechConnect account.

*TechConnect does not keep backup files for your uploaded content.

*TechConnect Support recommends downloading and saving any content you have not backed up from your account

Sign-in to your account at www.3cmediasolutions.org

1. Click Media tab
2. Click on Edit to the right of the video title.
3. Scroll down to locate the Caption File heading
4. Click Choose File and select the VTT file from your computer
5. Click Upload
6. Click Save to save your caption file.
