Add Caption Files to Uploaded Media

A .vtt, .srt or .webvtt caption file can be added to uploaded videos in your account.

Sign in to your account at www.3cmediasolutions.org

1. Click the Media tab.
2. Click Edit to the right of the video title.
3. Scroll down to locate the Caption File heading.
4. Click Choose File and select the caption file from your computer.
5. Click Upload; the caption file name may automatically change without notification when uploading.
6. Click Save.

It is best practice to keep your own backup copy of all uploaded files, as TechConnect does not retain backup files.
