Since TechConnect does not keep backup files of your uploaded content, best practice is to download and save content in your account.
Sign-in to your account at www.3cmediasolutions.org
- Click the Media tab.
- Click Details & Options link to the right of your video.
- Click Download Video link at the bottom of the Tools section.
- Click the Download link for .mp4 video and .vtt caption file.
- Follow the procedure per your Mac or PC operating system for moving your download to the desired folder on your computer.
To note, the video file and caption file are separate files. The TechConnect Cloud video player marries both files during the playback of the video. If downloading the video and caption files to save on your local computer, you will need a player that combines both files during playback of the saved files to view captions embedded into video. It is not possible to download a TechConnect Cloud video file with the captioning embedded.
