Set personal calendar applications to subscribe to a list of your upcoming sessions. After clicking the Personal Calendar tab, the following page opens with a link to paste into your calendar software subscription section; it is important to subscribe rather than perform a one-time import as the feed changes over time. The first step before scheduling meetings is to sync your Canvas account with your TechConnect Zoom account. When a green check appears, your account is ready to use; do not click 'Reassociate my account'
If your TechConnect Zoom account email does not match your Identity Email (described above in Overview), an error will appear stating there is no existing account available. If the error occurs:
- Verify your primary email in your Canvas account settings in the Ways to Contact section on the top right matches your Identify Email and has the star icon next to it. If the address do not match, contact your Canvas admin for assistance.
- If the addresses do match, but you still receive an error, submit a ticket to firstname.lastname@example.org to verify the status of your TechConnect Zoom account.
- When the needed changes are made, begin the process again to sync your account.
