The Zoom web portal is used to manage your profile and feature settings, schedule meetings, manage recordings. Meeting usage reports for attendance are available, in addition to files for Zoom Notes, Survery, and Clips and AI Meeting Summaries.
Navigate to the tabs on the left to view options and settings for live meetings and recordings, as well as menus for managing files such as Whiteboards or Zoom Notes. AI Companion menus are available when made available by your Zoom administrators.

Zoom Workplace App
The Zoom Workplace app version drives the performance of Zoom and is managed through the desktop app. There are settings specific to the device you are on when logged in with access to camera and mic settings, keyboard shortcuts, and more.
The Zoom desktop client is an app that resides on your local computer, and is a convenient way to host or join a meeting, communicate through Team or Meeting Chat. Additional icons allow you to access your Whiteboards, Zoom Notes and more.
The first time you access a Zoom meeting, the Zoom Workplace app will download to your desktop.
