Question:
Whys does the camera setting in a Zoom meeting selected to keep ‘original ratio’ not retained in the recorded view? In the recorded view the video reverts back to the widescreen ratio.
Answer:
Zoom's default is to always use 16:9 camera ratio when available anytime there is enough bandwidth when hosting peer to peer meetings, when cloud recording, or when joining a meeting that has HD enabled. The host camera will automatically switch to 16:9 ratio.
