Live Stream Meetings

TechConnect Zoom has the option to stream your meetings to YouTube, Facebook or through a custom service. Live streaming is a great option when you are expecting more than your license capacity of 300 attendees.

To enable the feature in your account:

1. Sign in to your Zoom account 
2. Navigate to 'Settings' 
3. Click on the 'Meeting' tab under the 'In Meeting (Advanced)' section
4. Locate the Allow livestreaming of meetings setting, verify that is enabled
5. Enable the option you'd like to use in the live meeting

  • Workplace by Facebook
  • YouTube
  • Custom Live Streaming Service

When the meeting is live, click the 'More' button on the toolbar, then select 'Live on YouTube'.
