Once your account is created, request permission to upload videos.
Log in to your TechConnect Cloud (formerly known as 3C Media) account.
- On the MyAccount page, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on Request Uploads.
- We will send an email from support@3cmediasolutions.org to let you know that your request to upload has been received.
- Once we have processed your request, we will send you an email stating that you have been granted permission to upload videos. If it is not in your main inbox within 48 hours, check your junk mail or spam folder. Contact support@ccctechconnect.org if you do not receive this email within 48 hours.
- Refresh your TechConnect Cloud account page to see the additional account menu options.
- Click on Media to begin uploading your video/media files.
