You need special permission to upload videos to your TechConnect Cloud account the frst time you upload.
Log into your TechConnect Cloud account at https://www.3cmediasolutions.org/.
- Click on Request Uploads. Page will refresh confirming that your request was sent.
- You'll receive an email from support@3cmediasolutions.org confirming that your request has been received.
- Once we have processed your request, we will send you an email stating that you have been granted permission to upload videos. Check your junk mail or spam folder if it is not in your main inbox within 48 hours. Contact support@ccctechconnect.org if you do not receive this email within 48 hours.
- Refresh your TechConnect Cloud account page to see the additional account menu options.
- Click on Media to begin uploading your video/media files.
