Request Permission to Upload Media

Once your account is created, request permission to upload videos.  

Log into your TechConnect Cloud account at https://www.3cmediasolutions.org/.

1. On the MyAccount page, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on Request Uploads.  
2. An email from [e-mail] will be sent confirming that your request to upload has been received.
3. Once we have processed your request, we will send you an email stating that you have been granted permission to upload videos. Check your junk mail or spam folder if it is not in your main inbox within 48 hours. Contact [e-mail] if you do not receive this email within 48 hours.
4. Refresh your TechConnect Cloud account page to see the additional account menu options.
5. Click on Media to begin uploading your video/media files.
