The Host of a meeting can record the session either to the cloud or to the local computer. Participants can also be given privileges to create a local recording for themself. The following steps show you how to allow participants to record.
- While in the live meeting click on Manage Participants.
- In the Participants menu, navigate to the user who will be granted recording privileges; click More next to their name.
- Select the option to Allow Record.
The participant will receive the following notification:
- The participant menu will display an icon when a local recording is in progress.
To disable the ability for participant to record, click More next to the name, then click Forbid Record.
