The Chat feature offers attendees the opportunity to interact while in a live session, and not interrupt the host or presentation. The host has options for managing Chat either by default through their account setting or on a per meeting basis while in the live meeting.
Log into your account on the TechConnect Zoom (ConferZoom) website. On the left, navigate to Meeting Settings,
then the Meetings tab and make your selection:

In a live meeting, click on the Chat icon located on the bottom tool bar to open the Chat window.
At the bottom of the Chat window select the 'More' drop-down menu and make your selections.
Chat files can be automatically saved by enabling the feature as shown above. Chat messages will be included in the recorded view, and also create a text file which can be downloaded.
The Chat file appears in your account. Navigate to 'Recordings' on the left of the page, then select your recording by clicking on the topic. Your recording files appear, including the 'Chat file'.
