Upload Videos to Your Account

Build your TechConnect Cloud video repository under the Media tab in the top menu by following the steps below.  

Log in to your account at TechConnect Cloud: https://www.3cmediasolutions.org.

1. Click the Media tab.
2. Click Add/Upload Media.
3. Select Upload a video/audio file to 3C Media Solutions.
4. Click Next.
5. The Title of your media is required; entering data for License or Description is optional. 
6. Select I agree with the 3C Media Solutions Terms & Conditions.
7. Click Next. 
8. Click Select File.
9. Navigate to and select the video you wish to upload from your device.
10. Click Upload File.
11. Before uploading another video, wait until the progress bar reaches one hundred percent (100%). Your upload is complete screen appears.
12. Refresh the Media page within your account.
13. The Status area to the right of the Title will change from Added to Uploaded.
14. When the upload status changes from Uploaded to Available, the video can be accessed and edited. Details and Options are where the video is viewable, shareable, editable, etc.

If the status is Added, the video process was not completed - click Upload to the right of status, and complete steps 8-14.

Note: Videos must be uploaded one at a time, batch uploading is not available.

Supported file types: mp4, m4v, mkv, flv, wmv, avi, mov, mpg, webm, mp3, m4a, wma, wav. File size limit is 1 GB. Uploading can only be done one video file at a time.

TechConnect does not keep backup files of your content, we recommend that you keep backups of your content on your local computer.
