When you are invited to a meeting you will have access to meeting tools based upon the settings the meeting host has enabled.
Located at the top of the meeting window:

Green shield: Click to view meeting details including the meeting ID, host's name, and invite link. Click the gear icon inside the shield window to view your real-time network connection information.
View icon: Top right of the window, select the video view, show/hide self-view, or also stop all participants’ incoming video.
Located at the bottom of the meeting window:
Mute: Mute/unmute yourself. Click the up caret to change microphone and speaker settings, or test your audio settings.
Start/Stop Video: Turn your video camera on or off. Click the up caret to change camera settings, and select a virtual background, or filter.
Participants: View the list of participants. The up caret all allows you to invite others to the meeting. If the host permits, participants can change their information. In the Participant window hover over your name, click on the More button to change your screen name, profile picture, and share/unshare your pronouns.
Chat: If the host permits, chat with everyone, privately with a participant, or with the host.
Share Screen: If the host permits, share screens from your device.
NEW - Q&A: Q&A is now available in meetings. Before, it was only available in webinars. If the meeting host permits, Q&A allows participants to ask questions during the meeting, and for the host and co-hosts to answer their questions.
Record: If host has given permission, you will see a record icon to start or stop a local recording.
Show Captions...: Click to view automated captions of the conversation. If a live captioner is in the meeting, captions will appear.
Breakout Rooms: Appears when the host opens a breakout room and allows participants to move themselves to a breakout room.
Reactions: Use emojis to raise your hand or share reactions without disrupting the meeting. Reactions will appear on the video window and next to the name on the participants’ list if the host has the setting enabled.
Apps: Displays approved apps that are available for use in the meeting.
Whiteboards: In a live meeting create, share, and collaborate on whiteboards you share and others share with you.
Leave: Leave the meeting before the host has ended the meeting for all.
Note: The meeting toolbar will move to the top of the screen if you are actively screen sharing.
