- Select 'My Webinars'.
- Click on the Webinar 'Topic'.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select View attendee report
- Select Report Type.
- Generate CSV Report (spreadsheet).
The 'Attendee Report' includes the attendee names and emails; this is the information is derived from the attendees TechConnect Zoom (ConferZoom) account when they are logged in at the time of joining the Webinar.
The section is titled ‘Other Attendees’ lists attendee names as entered on the sign-in page when joining the Webinar, but are not logged into their TechConnect Zoom (ConferZoom) account. The list is void of the email address since that is not a field on the sign in form.
