We normally reply to all requests, even if the upgrade request has been declined.
If you have sent in an upload request and didn't receive a reply, the email may have been filtered to a SPAM or junk filter and never reached your inbox.
In order to facilitate easier communications, please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your accepted sender list. You can also check your account to see if the feature has been added, even without the email reply.
If it has been several days since your original request and the feature has not been added or declined, please send in an additional request.
