Manage and Share Cloud Recordings

 

Manage and share your Cloud recordings by establishing preferred settings in your website portal Zoom account. 

Once a recording has been created, there are options to share recordings including shareable links, managing who can view the recording, establishing share settings for expirations dates, allowing viewers to download a recording and more.  Recording topics can be renamed, however, the recording itself cannot be edited in Zoom. And, recordings no longer needed can be deleted.

Recording analytics are available with summary views, number of times a recording has been downloaded, and how often the recording was viewed.  Data can be exported to a CSV file.
