Zoom Events is an all-in-one online event management platform where organizers can schedule, manage, and offer single-session and multi-session events to their organization, and where attendees can view upcoming events, register for events, order tickets, attend events, and view recordings of event sessions, all from within the Zoom Events platform. A Zoom Events add-on license purchase must be made through TechConnect in order to create Zoom Events for your organization.
With a Zoom Events license, you would have access to robust platform options including customizable event branding, ticket configuration, event registration, event analytics, and more.
When scheduling a Zoom Event, you can make it so that your attendees have a full conference experience identical to an in-person conference, with a lobby, an expo hall with sponsors, a backstage for hosts and presenters, a keynote presentation for all to view, and then concurrent webinars and meetings that attendees can choose to join.
Types of virtual events that can include webinars and/or meetings:
Multiple Sessions: One day or a multi-day event that contains multiple tracks and multiple sessions
Recurring Series Event: A recurring event that can be scheduled on specific dates and times; you can schedule it to occur daily, weekly, or monthly
Single Session: A one-time, one-day event that contains a single session
In addition, since the Zoom Events license provides webinar capabilities, as a license holder, you can also schedule a webinar directly from your Zoom account in the web portal, outside of the Zoom Events platform if you wished to do so.
