Q: I am taking the POMP course to get my online course Badged and ready for CVC. My mentor told me I can send my videos to TechConnect and have them captioned by your organization through our grant.
A: You can create an account at www.3cmediasolutions.org using your .edu CCC account. Then, request permission to upload your video. Once the video is uploaded you can request captions. Turnaround time is shorter for computer generated (ASR) captions. Human-generated captions generally take 4-6 business days. However, time will vary based on the volume of requests. We tend to get more requests at the beginning of the semester.
Q: Why is webinar chat disabled?

Q: What languages are supported by captioning?
A: English only.
Q: They are .vtt files which need to be converted to .txt to update them, and the converted back to .vtt to upload.
